These Terms of Service, together with any additional terms that may apply to certain features, govern your use of IA Lock. Downloading, installing, or using the application constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree, delete the application from your device immediately.
1. Introduction
This Agreement is effective from the moment you download, install, or use IA Lock. You must be authorized to use the device and comply with all applicable laws. If you disagree with any provision you may not use the app.
2. Updates
IA Lock evolves continuously. We may update the application automatically or request that you install updates. All updates remain subject to these Terms.
3. Normal condition of use
IA Lock is a utility for personal, non-commercial use. It allows you to create groups that lock or hide the apps you explicitly authorize through Apple Screen Time. Use the app only for the purposes described in this Agreement.
4. Availability, security, and accuracy
- A compatible iPhone or iPad and internet access are required.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- Apple bears no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
- Network conditions outside our control may affect quality and availability. Versions may change without notice and services may be suspended if necessary.
- You warrant that all information you submit is accurate and that you can delete the app at any time through your Apple ID settings.
5. Subscription services
Certain features are offered on a subscription basis via the Apple App Store. Payment is processed through Apple or their authorized partners. Free trials can be cancelled up to 24 hours before renewal. Subscriptions may be managed within your Apple account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
6. Trial periods
Trial offers may be available for limited durations. Unless auto-renew is turned off in time, trials convert to paid subscriptions. We reserve the right not to engage in alternative dispute resolution. For questions email ia.help@outlook.com.
7. Intellectual property
The IA Lock services, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You receive only a limited license to use the app. You may not remove notices, circumvent security, scrape content, collect personal data, solicit users, disrupt service operation, reverse engineer code, harvest usage data, violate export laws, or engage in conduct that restricts other users.

9. Disclaimer
IA Lock is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the application or services, including incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party claims. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to IA Lock or your possession and use of the app.
11. Termination
We may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination you must stop using the application and remove it from your devices.
